Terms & Warranty Information

These terms govern website access, customer accounts, product purchases, and related services provided through Cyril Tools. Website use or order placement indicates acceptance of these terms and applicable law.

Product information

Reasonable care is taken to publish accurate names, descriptions, images, specifications, compatibility information, prices, and availability. Screen settings, supplier revisions, manufacturing tolerances, packaging changes, or updated product batches may cause minor differences.

A customer should review dimensions, compatibility, installation requirements, intended use, and product-specific limitations before purchase. A material listing error identified before dispatch may result in correction, customer contact, or order cancellation with an applicable refund.

Pricing, stock, and order acceptance

Prices and availability may change until an order is successfully confirmed. Displayed product prices include applicable product tax unless a page expressly states otherwise. Shipping charges are calculated separately and shown before payment where applicable. Payment authorisation alone does not require fulfilment where stock is unavailable, pricing is clearly erroneous, delivery is not serviceable, payment cannot be verified, or the order presents a security or legal concern.

A selected colour or other product variant forms part of the ordered item and is carried into available order, invoice, fulfilment, and shipping records. A product-specific promotional quantity limit displayed on a product or cart page applies across the stated variants and may be enforced using the verified account, email address, mobile number, order history, or another reasonable anti-abuse signal.

An order that cannot be accepted or fulfilled will be cancelled and any eligible captured payment will be refunded through the original payment method.

Imported products and warranty

Products sold by Cyril Tools may be imported from international suppliers. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, manufacturer-authorised warranty, Indian service-centre support, repair service, or local spare-parts support may not be available.

Product-related assistance is provided where reasonably possible. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, improper installation, unsuitable storage, unauthorised modification, unauthorised repair, or use outside the stated purpose is not covered.

A seller warranty or specific support commitment applies only when its scope and duration are clearly stated on the relevant product page.

Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for selecting a suitable product and following manufacturer instructions, product warnings, installation guidance, maintenance requirements, and applicable safety practices. Cyril Tools is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorised modification, or use outside the stated purpose, subject to applicable law.

Accounts and acceptable use

Account information must be accurate and current. Email or mobile verification may be required before access to ordering, commenting, notifications, reviews, or another protected feature. Login credentials must be protected against unauthorised access. The website must not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, interference with website operation, automated abuse, unauthorised data collection, circumvention of a purchase limit, or infringement of another person's rights.

Reviews and submitted content

A submitted review, Social comment, or other content must reflect genuine experience or a relevant contribution and must avoid unlawful, abusive, misleading, promotional, private, or infringing material. Product-review eligibility may be limited to a verified purchase. Public content may display the submitted public author name. Content may be moderated, answered, hidden, or removed when it violates these requirements. Moderation or an Odoo reply does not convert a customer statement into a Cyril Tools endorsement.

Intellectual property

Website text, graphics, branding, product media, design, software, and documentation belong to Cyril Tools or the respective rights holders unless stated otherwise. Unauthorised reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited where protected by applicable law.

Notifications

Product, order, account, and Social notifications are informational and may be delayed, replaced, marked as read, or deleted. A notification does not replace the current product page, order page, payment status, shipping status, or published policy.

External AI product-advisor links

The optional product-advisor control prepares product-page information for a customer-selected external AI service. Any generated recommendation is supplied by that provider, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and does not replace product specifications, compatibility checks, safety instructions, or independent judgement.

Third-party services

Payment, hosting, authentication, logistics, analytics, communication, and business-management functions may rely on third-party providers operating under separate terms and privacy policies. Availability of a third-party service may affect related website functionality.

Liability and statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct loss arising from the affected order or service and does not extend to indirect or consequential loss caused by circumstances outside reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Applicable consumer protections and statutory rights remain unaffected.

Updates

These terms may be revised to reflect product, website, operational, service-provider, or legal changes. The date above identifies the latest published revision.
